At different stages
of your son or daughter's life they’ll need to make some
important decisions about their future.
A Connexions Personal
Adviser will be able to talk through all their
options with them and help make the right decision for your
child.
If young
people are worried about anything at all, a Personal
Adviser will listen and be able to help them.
What can a Personal Adviser
do?
-
Help young
people find the right answers and support their
needs
-
Not judge young people or tell them what to
do
-
Be there to listen
and work with your son or
daughter
-
Respect their opinions and wishes whilst providing an
honest, professional viewpoint.
-
Build on their strengths
Personal Advisers work with other organisations like
health, counselling, drug and youth services, so whatever support
your child needs, they will be given the best possible
advice.
