A Levels or Apprenticeship

My daughter has just signed up to do A Levels at college but already she's thinking that she made the wrong decision and would really like to do an Apprenticeship She's said she has no plans to go to University and wants to get out of a class room environment? Can she do this now? Who can she talk to?
