e2e stands for entry to employment. It could be suitable for your
son or daughter if:
* they’re not ready
to go straight into an Apprenticeship, a job or onto
college
* they’ve missed out on time at school
* they don’t have many qualifications and
they’re starting to think about what they want to do.
Your son or daughter will have their own training programme. It
might include things like:
* help with basic
skills - reading, writing or numbers
* work placements or tasters
* kills to help them develop as a person
* help with finding and keeping a job
* working towards an NVQ Level 1
qualification.
