Welcoming your son or daughter to Year 7!

Year 7 is the beginning of an exciting journey! Your son or daughter will make new friends and have new subjects to learn. It might seem scary for them at first with lots of new faces and lots of different classrooms but everyone is in the same boat.

Your son or daughter may want to start thinking about:

• What they enjoy doing in their spare time.

• What they enjoy doing at school.

• The different types of job available to them.

• What they're good at.

If anything is worrying your son or daughter …

…you will feel a lot better if you know your child can share it with someone else.
