Everything you need to know about Diplomas!
Recently the Gedling Schools' Partnership, which comprises Gedling schools, Connexions and the Local Authority, held a Diploma Information Evening for parents and carers of Year 9 pupils in the Gedling Borough.
At the event, parents asked insightful questions about how the Diploma really works. Although some of the questions and answers are specific to Gedling, there are many more general questions, the answers to which will be of interest to parents throughout Nottinghamshire.
The Gedling Schools Partnership has agreed to share these questions and answers on TheParentPoint.
The questions have all been answered by Gillian Thompson, 14-19 Consultant for Children and Young People's Services at Nottinghamshire County Council.
